Terms of Service

The agreement

This is an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Secuur LLC. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

• Readiness Scan — a free A–F grade derived from the TLS 1.3 key-exchange group a host negotiates, plus a paid deep scan covering multiple hosts with a written remediation plan.
• Gateway — hybrid post-quantum TLS termination in front of your existing stack.
• Managed Migration — a scoped engagement to migrate nominated systems.
• Watch — continuous re-scanning, drift alerting and a signed attestation of the posture we observed.

Acceptable use

You may only submit a domain for scanning where you own it, operate it, or have the owner's permission. You may not use the service to attack, overload or probe infrastructure you are not authorised to assess, to resell scans as your own product without a written agreement, or to circumvent rate limits.

What a grade is, and is not

A Secuur grade is a measurement of specific, named cryptographic properties observed at a point in time — principally the TLS key-exchange group a host negotiated. It is not a certification, a warranty of security, a penetration test, or a statement that a system is free of vulnerabilities. No grade, report or attestation we issue should be read as legal or regulatory advice, or as a guarantee that any regulator, auditor or customer will accept it.

Attestations

An attestation records what our scans observed and when. It is evidence of a measurement, not an accreditation, and we are not an accredited certification body. Any decision an auditor, examiner or customer makes on the basis of it remains theirs.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the service.

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you — running scans, producing reports and attestations, and supporting your account. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we reasonably can, but the service is provided without an uptime commitment unless one is stated in a separate signed agreement.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Secuur LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where continued use would expose us or a third party to harm or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, for paying customers, notified by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
